"My husband and I are military, we moved to the Fort Hood Texas area a little over a year ago. We have vehicle, renters , and an enclosed cargo trailer insured with Kalynn Tindall’s State Farm office. I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about this State Farm office. Everyone that I have spoken to or worked with have been very warm, caring, and pleasant . Tori in particular is a treasure, she takes her time and explains everything. Insurance is personal, and it’s different for everyone, so the fact that she takes her time to go through all of your options and what will work best for you and what won’t is invaluable for us. She breaks everything down for you so it’s very easy to understand. She contacts us once a year to go over or any policy changes on their end or any changes that we need to make on our end and that is something that we very much value and appreciate. At our 6 month review, she found a discrepancy with our cargo trailer policy. We were overpaying and she had the trailer policy corrected for us. State Farm graciously reimbursed us the overpayments. That kind of specialized care and attention to detail is what you want in an insurance company. We highly recommend Tori and all the ladies at Kalynn Tindall’s office to anyone looking for an agent."

"Worked with Katie to get car insurance. I stopped by in person to get a quote and she was able to run all my options by me in order to tailor it to my needs. She was super nice and very helpful! I got my quotes and called her the next day to finalize everything. She was able to take my payment for the first month over the phone and it was extremely quick! This is my first time being off family car insurance and I didn't expect it to be so simple. Definitely give this place your business! "Very prompt and affordable- switched all of my insurance to them and was treated very professionally! From quote to sign up was less than 3 business days and that was multiple policies! "I have had auto and rental insurance with Kaitlin Tindall for 3 years and have been exceptionally happy with both the service and the rates!
I usually deal with Asia when I have questions or need to make a change or update to my policy. She is AMAZING!! Asia makes dealing with insurance issues effortless and like dealing with a friend. I just send her a text with my questions or what I want to do and she takes care of everything!
I have randomly checked to make sure I can’t get insurance cheaper somewhere else. I’m human, I see the commercials… but they lie. I have not gotten a quote even close to what I have now, UNLESS they’re trying to drastically cut the coverage or increase the deductible.
I would, and do, recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance!"
