"I recently switched over from USAA to State Farm. At first I was a little apprehensive, but Josephine explained everything in detail and made me feel more confident about the switch. She was the most knowledgeable, and sweetest agent I’ve ever spoken to. Everyone at this agency is friendly and sweet, and the customer support is outstanding.
